To request the Pocket Folder containing "What is public health", "Reach", "You Can Make a Difference, Pursue a Career in Public Health", as well as other general information, please complete the form below. The first copy of each of the brochures is free. If you wish purchase additional copies at the prices listed on the web site, please indicate which brochure(s) you would like and the number of copies in the “Comments” section of the form. An invoice will be included with your shipment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. International students and applicants will receive a condensed brochure packet with information specifically geared towards international students. ASPH brochures may still be purchased for overseas shipping. Please indicate this in the "Comments" section.
