An email with your username and password to access the online version of the study guide will be sent to you within seven days of submitting your payment. If you do not receive an email and/or your hard copy, you may contact studyguide@asph.org. Please include your complete contact information and details of your payment.     If you purchase the study guide and receive a non-passing score on the exam, your online access may be extended for one additional year.
