Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Additional FAQs will be posted as they arise.
Q:The space permitted in the nomination form limits how much information I can share about the nominee. How do I ensure the nomination best represents the nominee's breadth and depth of experiences?
A: This year's nomination form is short, uses character-limited fields (word limits are based on an average of six characters per word), is to be completed electronically in Microsoft Word, and can be submitted via email. To add information not permitted on the form, include a copy of the nominee's most recent curriculum vitae (CV). This way, nominees can include in the nomination form pieces of the CV most relevant to the award and have the entire CV as reference for the award reviewers.
